About Us

Department of Education Established in 1983 under the faculty of education with courses of M.A Education, & M.Ed. Education later on M.Phil. Education and Pre-Ph.D. Course Work started. The courses of the M.Ed. Education is recognized from NCTE from the day one department has shown a commendable progress in the various fields of research, curriculum development guidance and Counselling, community services. Besides to it the   department is actively engaged in development of MOOC,  e-content resources. The department has developed various research tools out of witch many of them are one of its kind. Department also has handsome number of books edited & written by worthy faculty members referred country wide in almost every University. There are 07 regular Teaching Faculty members including two Professors & Five Assistant Professors. The Alumni of the Department are well placed in the Govt. and non-government organizations
