Central Animal House, M.D. University is a central facility of the university. Research on small animals (Mice, Rat, Rabbit etc) is being conducted and animals are kept in air conditioned and calm environment. Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC), M.D. University is registered with CPCSEA, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi vide number 1767/GO/Re/S/14/CPCSEA dated 31/08/2017 for Research for Education purpose on small animals upto 31/08/2022.
There is ample space in Central Animal House, with two floors. Clean and dirty corridor has been maintained strictly. All the experiments on laboratory animals are conducted in Central Animal House itself.
